Agricultural Climate Adaptation Plan - Essay Example A climate change adaptation plan needs a set of responses that will highly improve rice production despite the changing climatic conditions rather than just maintaining the existing level of production. In rice production, adaptation to climate change is quite complex, and it is essential for it to entail a range of social, economic and environmental factors. It must also entail technological and financial constituents that are creative. This may include: improved awareness and application of indigenous knowledge and managing strategies.
